This was a great place to stay! the pictures are exactly like it was. The view was great too. It is 8 blocks from the ocean, 1 1/2 blocks to the local market (Vivanda), and 5 blocks from the Miraflores park square. Shopping was easy to get to at only 5 blocks away. I would highly recommend this place to stay in. Roxana and her husband Daniel were very accomodating. My flight arrived to Lima at 5:00 AM and I arranged to pick up the keys at 10:00 AM. Making the deposit for this apartment was done easily also. Thanks again for the wonderful apartment I will diffinately stay there again given the oportunity! The security was also good. Beautiful and modern top floor 1 bedroom apartment (60m2; 615 square feet) located in the center of Miraflores, in the elegant Pardo Avenue. Panoramic view of the sea and Miraflores from the bedroom.

The apartment is at walking distance from Miraflores main attractions : Vivanda supermarket is 1 block away, Parque Kennedy and Larco av. 4 blocks away, 10 minutes walk to the sea front and Larco Mar. Restaurants and sport facilities are nearby. It has 24 hours security, 1 living room, 1 bedroom, 1 marble bathroom and kitchen, it is intended for a single person or couple. The apartment is completely furnished. Walking distance to all parts of Miraflores. Public transportation to all Lima at the door step. Parking and laundry area not included in the rent (there are many cheap laundries nearby).

Rates:

Utilities: Electricity, hot water, cable-tv, wifi, telephone), building facilities (24 hrs security doormen) are included.

S/. 150 (aprox55 USD) per night (minimun stay is of 5 nights)
S/. 900 (aprox. 330 USD) per week.

Long term stays:
